Singh Clo is dedicated to educating people about the culture and empowering them to embrace our culture with inspired, high-quality streetwear.

Nowadays, it is all too easy to forget where one comes from, especially when a lack of diversity is so prevalent. Our mission is not simply to sell clothes but to preserve our culture, so future generations feel represented no matter where they are in the world.

Through this, we aim to establish connections and nourish curious minds with insight into our culture. In the future, we hope to create an online platform that further facilitates meaningful relationships and allows everyone to promote our heritage with unmistakable pride. 

 

OUR BRAND STORY

It’s no secret that fashion has the ability to communicate and connect people with others. When you wear Singh or Kaur, you send a profound message that celebrates our culture.

Our founder Harjit Singh discovered this truth about fashion as a child. Singh Clo was initially founded by his father, who emigrated to the Netherlands to pursue a brighter future. He and his wife opened a small business near Amsterdam, selling clothes to locals.

Harjit grew up fascinated by fashion and every part of the process. He vividly recalls conversations among his family - all of which were about clothing. When his parents decided to shut down the business, Harjit knew he could not let go so easily. So, he invested in his education and learned everything he could about fashion, including management and production.

After experiencing many trials and tribulations, he eventually decided to launch Singh and Kaur Clo online in the hopes of reaching a broader audience to spread his message. Now, Singh and Kaur clothing is available worldwide, making a stronger impact than ever before.

 

What are shipping times and costs?

Delivery costs
Shipping costs is free within the European Union on orders over 50 euros. Worldwide shipping is free on orders over 60 euros. Different rates apply for sending abroad. In the shopping basket, you can find the appropriate shipping rates by country. 

  • Europe: 10 euros on average 
  • World: 14,50 - 18,50 euro on average

Delivery time
When we have received the payment we ship your order within 1 to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order has shipped. Each order is carefully packed to prevent damage during shipping. If however damage incurred during transport please get in touch with us, so we can find a solution.

  • Europe: 2-8 business days
  • Worldwide: 10-20 business days 

Duties and fees
International customers (outside of the EU) are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees required by their customs services. Additional charges for customs clearance must be provided by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

Note: International customers must provide a phone number. 

What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?

Return policy
We understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in shopping online, so we will gladly accept refunds and exchanges on our products. You can return or exchange the item within 30 days of your purchase. 

Singh Clo does not cover your return cost. Returning your product is at your own expense. Make sure you return the parcel with track and trace code. Please email us on webshop @ singhclo.com to receive the return instructions.

  • Once your return is received by us we will process it within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email with an update once we have processed your return. 
  • Returns will only be accepted if the product packaging is undamaged and the product is not worn and / or washed.
  • If the package has been received in good condition and the products are in good condition, singhclo.com will return the deposit to the account where the payment is debited. It can take up to 3 days before the fund reflects on your bank account.

Replacement policy
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours. 

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

  • Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. 
  • Parcels that are lost in transit. 

We will not offer you a replacement when:

  • worn the product and / or washed
  • you have tried to repair a defect
  • The operating and / or instructions are not followed. 

Cancellation policy
Unfortunately not. Orders are shipped out automatically and can not be stopped. You need to return your order.

Wrong address
Singh Clo will not be held liable to any loss or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening. If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake. 


  • Note: We do not cover costs of returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
  • Note: Our team will inspect and verify the refunds before we issue out a replacement. Singh Clo reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
